An update on my husband 16

casey family

It’s been four long months since we found ourselves in the hospital with my husband, James, because of a 9cm mass in his lungs (& the pesky cough that sent us to the Care Now in the first place).

To make a very long story short, after a needle biopsy, two broncoscopy procedures, an open lung surgery, multiple blood tests, doctors appointments, sleepless nights, and three different diagnostic hospitals… we have a diagnosis; Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

Chemotherapy will start in a week and will continue every other week for six months. We know where our trust is and we will continue to rest in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Cancer is not bigger than our God and we refuse to let this steal our joy and the amazing future we know that God has planned for us both and our children.

James’ last round of chemo is scheduled for two weeks before our baby is due, and there will be so many wonderful reasons to celebrate in February 2017!

Thank you all for your continued prayers, shoulders to cry on, and for walking in faith with us.

We will have more updates soon.

Love,

Natalie & James

Romans 8:11 – The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.

Stand strong – with Jesus in your corner, cancer is like a gnat on a elephant. Squash it! You are all in my every prayer as I thank God for the victory of healing, restoration, and a long wonderful life together.

My heart is sad to hear this news BUT I know who the God is that we serve and that he does do miracles. I am Believing for supernatural healing throughout his body in JESUS’ name!

The Spirit of the Lord is graciously with us. As u draw close to Him, He will fill your hearts with peace. His Love is flowing through you healing every organ! There He goes loving on your lungs cleansing all your lymph nodes! U are wall to wall filled with His presence, free of fear and all worry! What Love has He lavished upon u. Then u shall go forth and release the goodness of God on those He has ordained for you to touch! Love knows no bounds………..Caught up!…… ^j^ ^j^ ^j^ …..Live There…..! LOVE U BOTH!
